- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment without any additional charges up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

- Service Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on all parts and labor provided by Docter Carz. This warranty covers any defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Liability: Docter Carz is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to delays, service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services.
